Is a referral required to visit your office?
A referral is not required to be seen at our office unless a referral is required by your insurance company. It is the patient’s responsibility to insure that the appropriate referral is obtained, if required. If you are a physician or provider’s office you may submit a referral online.
How do you schedule an appointment?
You can call our office at 336-299-0099 to schedule an appointment. You may also submit a request online.
What insurances do you accept?
We accept all insurances that have out-of-network benefits available. We are only contracted with Medicare, Blue Medicare HMO, and Medicaid. As a courtesy, OTS will file an insurance claim for you. Please contact your insurance carrier if you have questions regarding your out-of-network benefits.
Do you take x-rays on site?
We have state of the art x-ray equipment to provide x-rays on site at our office. If advanced imaging studies are needed, like MRI or CT scan, we will refer you to a local imaging facility.
How are prescriptions filled?
Please contact our office at least 48 hours before you need a prescription refilled. Once a request has been been made time must be taken to provide accurate and appropriate medication type and dosage for your medical condition. Please see attached Prescription/Narcotic Policy prior to submitting a request. You may also submit a request online.
